Nurse Jen from Southern California just checked in from the front. She says thanks for the prayers!

She is hoping for a miracle peace plan because there is not much joy in her freezing nearly overrun position. She reports soldiers might have to wait 5 days to evac or die. Drones on her bunker, landmines on the drive in, drones overhead continuously enemy close by...

She reports they are being moved in and out occasionally by armored personnel carriers or on foot - but dangerous either way.

She is using the water filters I sent her last week and says thanks. She is using all the medical supplies we have sent her recently and is getting by on a hope and a prayer.

Sadly she accepts where she is and says she believes in Jesus Christ and know how the story ends. She asks for our thoughts and prayers from our team and acknowledges our help has been extensive and extremely helpful.

It is bitter cold. -11 degrees Celsius this morning. Snowed all day yesterday. 2-3 inches of solid ice onto the ground. Walking on the sidewalks and roads here is taking your life in your hands moving around town just that slick. Can't even imagine how they are hanging on.

We bought a former Marine breakfast this morning listened to his story. He was shot through the jaw and bullet got trapped in his back muscle. Operation went well for the most part but got some time off to return to Michigan. Single no kids he has been here a year. He is coming back for another rotation much like Jen dedicated to the mission.

We continue our small bit role helping from the rear with medical aid.

Prayers are encouraged and being asked for.
